Owner and Broker

Ms. Miller holds a Texas Broker’s license and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Ms. Miller has over 25 years of successful business experience in commercial finance and commercial real estate.  During this time Ms. Miller personally worked in areas of operations, marketing, and commercial real estate sales.  Marketing experience included development of corporate materials, branding, advertising development & purchasing, and networking & sales.  Operations experience included management of 13 employees to process, service, and report on client funding, diligence, and portfolio management.  In this role, Ms. Miller has also served on special projects such as writing a private placement memorandum and managing the development of propriety software for the firm. 

Ms. Miller’s real estate career started at Trammel Crow Company providing investment services to corporate clients. In this position, Ms. Miller ensured client’s effective capital usage by providing ongoing portfolio review, analysis, and recommendations.  She provided disposition services for individual and institutional investors with projects ranging from $500,000 to $16,000,000 sale price in office and industrial segments.  

Ms. Miller subsequently served as Managing Broker for Henry S. Miller Commercial, a large regional real estate firm.  As such, she was a key partner in the management, operations, and compliance of eight to ten real estate brokers for the San Antonio location of this firm.  Managed and executed the strategic proforma, annual budget, and yearly planning for the office.  As a commercial Broker, she provided project leasing and tenant representation services throughout San Antonio, Boerne, and Austin.  In addition, she was responsible for leasing, acquisition, and disposition of Company owned assets as necessary. 

Most recently, Ms. Miller served as strategic planner for Whataburger Restaurants, directly responsible for research and development of real estate strategy over a ten state territory in a three to five year window.  In this position, she was accountable for comprehensive strategies to advance the Company’s mission, vision, and goals through collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external support teams. She was responsible for organizing, compiling, and reporting the real estate activities of 750 existing units and the strategies of the Real Estate group for market expansion of 25 – 50 new units per year. Ms. Miller also sourced, evaluated, and engaged commercial field brokers for new territories and managed approximately 30 field brokers responsible for providing territory data and recommendations. In this role, Ms. Miller also lead special projects including development of a proprietary portfolio analysis model, commercial real estate training for restaurant operations team, and workforce planning within the real estate department.  In May 2013, Ms. Miller voluntarily left her position at Whataburger restaurants to launch Quality Commercial Real Estate.  Ms. Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors for Central Texas Chapter of CoreNet Global, ConstructionZone.CO, Alamo Heights Rotary, and LiftFund Women's Business Center. 

 

Gabriel Garcia

Gabriel Garcia was born and raised in San Antonio, has deep family roots in South Texas, and currently resides Downtown San Antonio.  He has a background in construction and was involved in several retail projects after graduating from St. Phillip's College Southwest where he studied Allied Construction Management.  Gabriel has been licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2007, and specializes in industrial leasing and acquisitions.
